Basic Package

$2,300 Great View Room
$2,500 Grand Event Hall
  • A $500 cleaning deposit will be required along with down payment at time of booking.
  • Facility opens at 8:30am for client's access (earlier access not available)
  • Opportunity to rent day prior at discounted cost if available 10 days prior to event
  • Event Center Banquet Manager coordinating event
  • Customized floor plan and schedule
  • Wedding Suite for wedding party dressing or storage throughout the event
  • Use and set up of tables and banquet chairs
  • Black or white linen tablecloths and skirting
  • Portable stage
  • Portable dance floor
  • Full bar service upon request (no additional fees)
  • Kitchen space for caterer
  • Event service until 11:30pm
  • Client responsible for cleanup of Event Hall and Kitchen (client cleaning checklist will be provided and all cleaning to be completed by 12:30am or additional fees will apply)

  • Free day prior access if facility is not booked 10 days prior to event
  • Locked overnight storage within the Event Suite for decor, cards and gifts if desired
  • Table service during event, including clearing tables, washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen
  • Wedding gifts transferred to Event Suite and locked after social hour
  • Complete clean up after your event of the event space, including decor transferred to Event Suite
