Coming from small-town Edgerton, Minnesota- Kelly is currently the General Manager of the Terrace View Event Center. Kelly completed her bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State University in Agricultural Business in May of 2017. Following graduation, Kelly moved to Sioux Center where she began her career. She married her husband Dalton in September of 2018, shortly after starting at the Terrace View Event Center. They have two daughters, Rynleigh and Raya. She served as our Assistant General Manager for a year before moving into the General Manager position in September of 2019.
Kelly brings her love for planning and attention to detail to the Terrace View. She loves the planning process and enjoys meeting new people through events. Kelly works hard to serve her team and appreciates making connections with local vendors. In her free time, Kelly enjoys hunting with her husband, reading, and spending time with her family.

A Rock Valley native, Keisha is the Assistant Manager at the Terrace View Event Center. She earned her associate’s degree in Business Management from Northwest Iowa Community College in December 2024. Keisha discovered her passion for the hospitality and event industry while working at a local motel during her time in Missoula, Montana. Her love for creating welcoming, organized experiences led her back to Rock Valley to pursue her degree—and ultimately launched her career to end up here at the Terrace View.
At Terrace View, Keisha brings her enthusiasm for organization and her genuine love of meeting new people. She thrives on coordinating details behind the scenes and helping bring unforgettable moments to life for every guest who walks through the doors. Outside of work, Keisha enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Ranger and Zhenya, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
