The Ceremony

Outdoor Ceremony............$195

Seating for up to 500 ceremony style on the lush back lawn
Chairs and sound will need to be rented from an outside vendor
Electrical and ambient lighting provided under the Terrace awning
Paved aisle for wedding party entrance
Indoor contingency plan if needed due to inclement weather

The Terrace View Bridal Basic Package includes the complete setup of the following:

  • Facility opens at 8:00am for client’s access
  • Event Center Banquet Manager coordinating event
  • Customized event floor plan and schedule
  • Bride’s Room for Bridal Party dressing or storage throughout the event
  • Round table banquet seating, rectangle accent tables, cocktail tables and cushioned chairs
  • Black or white linen tablecloths and skirting
  • Portable stage
  • Portable dance floor
  • Full bar service upon request
  • Kitchen space for caterer
  • Event service until Midnight

Client responsible for cleanup of Event Hall and Kitchen - Guest cleaning checklist to be completed by 1:00am (Basic Package Only)

 

The All-Inclusive Package adds the following to the Basic Package Amenities:

  FACILITY & SERVICE

  • Free day prior access if facility is not booked 10 days prior to event
  • Locked overnight storage within the Bride’s Room for decor, cards and presents if desired
  • Head table served meal at their seats
  • Table service during event, including clearing tables, washing dishes and cleaning the Kitchen
  • Wedding gifts transferred to Bride’s Room and locked after social hour
  • Complete clean up after your event of the event space, including décor transferred to Bride’s Room

 SERVICE ITEMS & DECOR

  • Linen napkins in the color of your choice
  • Fine china plates, water goblet, flatware, and wine glass (optional) set after client finishes decorating
  • Complimentary use of all kitchen equipment, buffet-ware, and serve-ware for client’s caterer
  • Cake knife and server, cake plates and forks
  • White chair covers for the Head Table
  • White or black lighted stage backdrop for the Head table
  • Candle lighting service
  • Hurricane Vases, Tea Light Votives with Candles, and Mirror Square Centerpieces
  • Accent lighting for the Head Table and accent tables
  • Large photo display frames (3 located in the lobby picture size 20” X 30”)
  • Disco ball for dance
  • Indoor Audio Visual Package: Includes coordination of Audio Visual Equipment

  • Champagne or sparkling cider for the Head Table for toasts
